ShipFast offers courier and logistics solutions, including:
  • Document and parcel courier
  • Express cargo services via air, road, and rail
  • E-commerce logistics including COD, reverse logistics, and tracking
  • Same-day and next-day delivery in select locations
  • Bulk cargo and transport solutions through partner networks

We operate through authorized delivery and transport partners such as DTDC, Bluedart, Ecom Express, Delhivery, ExpressBees, Gati, Safexpress, and others.

Booking and Pickup
  • All shipments must be properly booked using our platform or authorized channels.
  • Accurate and complete shipment information must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Pickup scheduling is subject to availability and geographic coverage.
Packaging and Labeling
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly packed and labeled.
  • Fragile, perishable, and high-value items must be clearly marked and declared.
  • Improper packaging may result in delays, damage, or rejection of shipment.
Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited for shipment through ShipFast:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Explosives, firearms, and hazardous materials
  • Perishable items without proper packaging
  • Currency, precious metals, or high-value jewelry (unless insured and declared)
  • Any item prohibited by law or the policies of our courier/transport partners
Customs Clearance

When time is critical, our Customs Clearance services offer the fastest and most reliable way to move your cargo across the globe. Whether it's urgent documents or large commercial shipments, we partner with leading airlines to ensure priority handling, timely delivery, and complete visibility throughout the journey. With flexible options, competitive rates, and customs expertise, ShipFast ensures your air cargo arrives safely — and on time.

Liability & Claims
  • ShipFast and its partners will take reasonable care in handling and delivery.
  • Our liability is limited to the declared value or standard limits of our courier partners, whichever is lower.
  • Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.
  • No liability will be accepted for delays due to force majeure, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or incorrect addresses.
Insurance
  • Standard shipments are not covered under insurance unless separately requested and paid for.
  • Customers are advised to insure high-value shipments independently or through ShipFast’s optional insurance service.
Delivery Commitment
  • While we aim for timely delivery, delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • Same-day or next-day delivery options are available only on eligible routes and must be pre-confirmed.
Charges & Payments
  • Pricing is subject to weight, volume, destination, mode, and urgency.
  • All dues must be paid in full before or as per agreed credit terms.
  • Invoices unpaid beyond due dates may attract late fees or service suspension.
E-Commerce & COD Shipments
  • For e-commerce clients using COD services, remittances will be made as per the agreed cycle.
  • ShipFast is not liable for any disputes between sellers and buyers.
  • NDR (Non-Delivery Report) handling will be done as per our policy and the input received from clients.
Customer Obligations
  • Ensure accurate shipment data and compliance with laws.
  • Cooperate with our staff/partners during pickup and delivery.
  • Not misuse our services for illegal or unethical purposes.
Right to Refuse Shipment

ShipFast reserves the right to refuse or cancel any shipment that is unsafe, improperly packed, or in violation of these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert Your City, e.g., Delhi or Patna].

Modification of Terms

ShipFast reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be made available on our website or upon request.
